Navneet Singh Narula is the Program Head of the Strategy Advisory Group where he is responsible for driving new business development, orchestrating the strategic direction and implementing the growth strategy for the group and managing client and partner relationships for the entire portfolio of projects. Previously he worked as an Engagement Manager in the Business AdvisoryTeam at Intellecap where he focused on project management and delivery, business strategy design and implementation, business planning and investment evaluation advisory and research on different aspects of scaling and mainstreaming multiple bottom line businesses.
Navneet has garnered nearly seven years of management and operations consulting experience serving diverse clients in the asset management, investment banking, IT outsourcing and emerging markets sectors. He brings in both strategic and tactical expertise in business advisory assignments encompassing operations assessment, strategy formulation, and business model implementation and transformation planning. He also has helped diverse clients in the area of business risk assessment and management, implementing internal control systems and policies and business process improvement initiatives.
Before making a foray in the Development Sector, Navneet worked as a management consultant with Cutter Associates in United States and Tata Consultancy Services in India, United States, and Europe where he designed and implemented business and IT strategies and conducted strategic analyses from concept phase through implementation of investment management and trading systems. He also partnered with IT, finance and marketing teams of his clients’ to implement cost cutting strategies and process improvement methodologies.
On an International level Navneet has provided Leadership, Knowledge and Client Relationship Management while leading client teams through planning and execution of process improvements and system implementations. He has also worked on outsourcing strategy projects driving productivity improvement by creating lean customer-centric processes aligned to clients’ business needs.
He earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and his BS in Production Engineering & Management from the National Institute of Technology at the University of Calicut in India, where he was awarded the Proficiency Certificate for high academic achievement.
